I’ve revamped the entire website to be more fun, pleasant looking, interactive and user friendly so that people can comment on events, news and images, and have more to do themselves here. Everyone can register and comment on items here. They can also be granted Author status to be able to post events and images themselves. The goal is to allow the community itself to keep the ball rolling here. This will allow users to post their own images of events, post event news or make announcements and of course comment and interact with other’s material. This will allow us to grow a great community hub that you can give a link to others who are interested to see what we’re doing, pictures, and talk to us (separate from the forum). I think it’ll be a much more attractive invitation.
I’ve added the old gallery images; you can access gallery related posts by the Gallery Posts link to the right at any time. The initial load of the page will probably seem slow since you’ll be grabbing a few hundred thumbnails, but once they cache, it’ll be fine and this will be the only time I post that many images in a single block on the front page; just wanted to grab our old content so we can see it again and have fun commenting on it and seeing it.
Please feel free to email or PM me more content to post up, or if you would like to be a regular contributor, let me know and I’ll enable it after you register so that you can add things yourself.
